The auction of three works by the Orkney artist, Stanley Cursiter, took place at Bonhams in Edinburgh and the details of the sale are reported in The Orcadian. The picture above - Boats in the Street - was not on offer, but starts a comprehensive slide-show of his output on a BBC website.
