A Trinity at Tingwall


Three kirks in the Tingwall Parish of the Church of Scotland have future uncertainties owing to hefty prospective maintenance bills. Shetland News provides background information while here in the foreground are Weisdale (above)

and Tingwall with its adjacent burial chamber (above) and Scalloway (below) in the former capital of Shetland. This church has one of the four surviving pipe organs in Shetland, installed in 1903.
