It may not look like the Ritz, but the Regalia does have 280 single rooms providing accommodation for the oil industry. It's on its way to Scapa Flow and the local supply chain will be there to provide services. Benefits all round, although not the most decorous of mobile hotels / vessels. Read more in The Orcadian.
