The ferry to Ulva could be coming to fetch you to live on the island. At present only six people, including the landowner, live there. The plans are for more to take up residence if the community group that is interested can raise the money to purchase. The Scottish Land Fund has announced an award of £4.4 million for the property - covering the island and a part of Mull. The details are on the BBC website.
