What Goes Up ...


Rapier missiles are fired regularly from Europe's busiest rocket range, on North Uist. One of them, possibly from that source, has been propelled and then brought down to Earth. It has eventually been washed up on a beach close to the River Howmore in South Uist, not that far away. An account appears in The Press and Journal

The rocket range is in South Uist right next to Howmore ....not In North Uist....so it must have been a “damp squib”
