Sufficient Sleepers?

Here is a stretch of the Far North Line looking towards Georgemas Junction and Thurso. Sleepers are certainly evident on the permanent way, but would there be sufficient customers for Sleeper Trains conveying passengers to and from the Pentland Firth for Orkney shipping services? A proposal is featured in The Press and Journal. My problem would be a great desire to look out of the window on the Inverness run - for the scenery is, from my viewpoint, compelling.
