Skye's the Limit
Deliveries to the kitchens of the Hermitage Hotel in Monte Carlo do not usually come via the establishment's front door, above which is its iconic name, but
there have to be exceptions, especially when the van has travelled from Skye to the fabled Mediterranean skies. George MacRae set off last Monday to drive produce from Lochalsh Butchers and arrived on Wednesday.
