Digital Scotland Superfast Broadband Project passed a crucial stage on Thursday when 20 seabed crossings by 250 miles of fibre-optic cables were completed. When the land-based cabling and the network are finished, in 2016, some 84% of the Highlands & Islands will have state-of-the-art connections. The
